Robinhood Markets is currently in discussions with Crypto.com to bring its prediction market contracts onto the Robinhood app. This move would allow users to trade yes or no contracts directly through the brokerage platform. While the talks are ongoing, both companies have yet to finalize any formal agreement.

Robinhood already provides event contracts through partnerships with Kalshi and other exchanges like ForecastEx. By bringing Crypto.com into the mix, Robinhood aims to keep its offerings diverse and competitive. Crypto.com manages its prediction services through a registered exchange known as Crypto.com Derivatives North America.

Prediction markets have seen a massive surge in popularity this year. Robinhood reports that over 16 billion event contracts have been traded on its platform so far in 2025. This shows a significant increase from the 12 billion contracts traded during the entire previous year.

As the sector grows, traders should watch how these platform alliances shift market share. Robinhood appears focused on maintaining multiple partners to keep its trading volume high, while smaller prediction markets like Kalshi continue to monitor their competitive standing against these major brokerage integrations.
