US investors can now hold Tron inside a brokerage account and earn staking rewards on their balance. Canary Capital launched the Canary Staked TRX ETF on Cboe on Wednesday, marking the first time a US fund has paired spot TRX exposure with delegated proof of stake rewards.

The new product holds over fifty million dollars in net assets and stakes ninety percent of them through validator operator Luganodes. However, the fund carries a sponsor fee of 1.10 percent, which stands considerably higher than comparable crypto staking products on the market today. Because the fund was recently incepted, its net and gross staking yields are not yet measurable, meaning investors must pay the sponsor fee before any return can be quantified.

Canary Capital is positioning the network as crucial payment infrastructure rather than a simple speculative token. The company points out that Tron handles massive volumes of stablecoins globally, moving trillions of dollars this year alone. Traders will now watch to see if high fees deter traditional investors or if the promise of native staking draws strong interest to the new fund.
