LIVEEthereum is currently consolidating near $1,900 after a solid recovery from earlier summer lows. The price is caught in a tight range between the $1,800 support zone and the $2,000 resistance area. Reaching $2,000 means the market has cleared key moving averages and could spark a fresh uptrend toward $2,100 or even $2,400.
Looking at the short term charts, momentum has cooled down significantly. The relative strength index has moved back toward the middle of its range, showing that short term momentum is neutral right now. Buyers need to break past the upper boundary of the current ascending channel to push the price higher.
On the downside, $1,800 remains the main support level to watch. A daily close below this mark would weaken the recovery structure and could lead to a deeper drop toward $1,550. Traders are also keeping an eye on derivatives data, which shows that aggressive selling pressure has eased, but buyers have not yet taken full control of the market.
