Coinbase has officially launched a new service that allows eligible users in the United Kingdom to trade nearly 4,000 US stocks. This move marks a major shift for the exchange, which is moving beyond its traditional focus on digital assets to offer a more unified financial experience in one application.

The new feature offers several flexible options for traders, including the ability to buy fractional shares and trade without commissions. Users can fund their accounts using British pounds or the USDC stablecoin, making it easier to move between different types of assets. Trading is currently available 24 hours a day, five days a week.
