LIVEXRP is changing hands between $1.40 and $1.45 after a strong recovery from the low $1.30s. Trading activity picked up significantly during August. Binance alone recorded $7.28 billion in spot trading volume, which marks the highest monthly total since February. Upbit and Bithumb also posted strong numbers, showing that market participation is spreading across multiple global exchanges rather than just one platform.
Institutional interest has mostly remained positive, although U.S. spot ETFs recently hit a small speed bump. After an eleven day streak of net inflows totaling about $170 million, funds saw a minor outflow of $7.2 million. Even with this slight cool down, total net inflows since launch sit close to $1.68 billion, showing that long term capital is still interested in the asset.
On the technical side, XRP is stuck in a range between $1.30 and $1.50. Buyers successfully defended the $1.30 support zone during the last market dip, but sellers continue to cap the price near $1.50. Active addresses on the network also spiked recently, pointing to higher overall usage. Traders are now waiting for a clear breakout above $1.50 with strong volume to confirm the next leg upward toward $1.79.
