LIVEJapan listed Quantum Solutions expanded its total allowed Ether sales to 4,375 coins. Its subsidiary, GPT Pals Studio, recently sold 1,000 Ether for roughly $1.9 million to help finance an artificial intelligence data center project. The sale happened at an average price of $1,903 per coin, which resulted in a minor accounting loss compared to its previous carrying value.
Following these transactions, the group holds 4,764.8 Ether, but a significant portion of that total remains locked away. Specifically, 3,050 Ether is pledged to a Singapore based lender as collateral for a previous borrowing agreement. This leaves only 1,714.8 coins outside of the lender pledge, creating a slight arithmetic gap if the company decides to maximize its newly raised selling limit without freeing up collateral first.
Company representatives clarified that raising the sale ceiling does not mean an immediate liquidation is coming. Future sales depend heavily on market conditions, the progress of their artificial intelligence infrastructure business, and overall funding needs. Traders should watch how the company manages its remaining free balance and whether any pledged coins return to the open market as the data center buildout continues.
