Peter Schiff Attacks MicroStrategy Bitcoin Yield Strategy

Bitcoin investor Peter Schiff is turning up the pressure on MicroStrategy, specifically targeting the company's so called Bitcoin Yield. Schiff pointed out that the yield metric used by Michael Saylor has fallen significantly, dropping from 13.3 percent in late May to 4.5 percent following a recent capital raise. According to Schiff, this decline suggests that holding Bitcoin directly might soon become more attractive than relying on MicroStrategy shares for exposure.

Adding fuel to the fire, MicroStrategy recently sold over 3,500 Bitcoin to fund dividend obligations. This move marks a departure from its usual aggressive accumulation policy. Schiff argues that if this trend continues, the yield could eventually turn negative. He warns that this shift could force the company to liquidate more assets, potentially adding downward pressure on the broader Bitcoin market.

As Bitcoin trades near the 64,500 dollar level, the market remains on edge. Technical analysts are watching the 58,000 dollar support zone closely, as a break below this point could trigger further losses.
