New AI Predicts XRP Price Target Of $1.85 By End Of 2026

A new artificial intelligence model called Kimi has turned heads by predicting that XRP could climb between $1.60 and $2.20 by the end of 2026. The AI model has set a base case target of $1.85, driven by three major catalysts currently shaping the market. Traders are paying close attention because the token recently slipped to the psychological one dollar mark after months of a controlled price descent.

The first major catalyst is regulatory progress in the United States. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency granted Ripple conditional trust bank approval, which pushes its RLUSD stablecoin toward dual state and federal oversight. This milestone strengthens institutional credibility and opens doors for broader banking integration. In addition, the stablecoin launched in Japan earlier this year, expanding regulated settlement demand directly through the XRP Ledger.

The second major driver is a massive supply squeeze. Exchange balances have dropped by 57 percent down to roughly 1.5 billion tokens, marking the lowest level seen since 2017. At the same time, exchange traded fund inflows have absorbed another 750 million tokens. Kimi notes that because available supply is so thin, even moderate buying pressure could move the price up quickly.

Of course, traders should also keep an eye on the bear case risks. If regulatory clarity stalls in Congress and the SEC renews enforcement actions against altcoins, XRP could retest support zones between $0.85 and $0.95.
