LIVEMemeCore is taking a major step toward public markets through a strategic transaction with the Nasdaq listed firm ZeroStack Corp. Principals from the MemeCore ecosystem, Puple AI Inc. and Blockcat Pte. Ltd., have agreed to contribute $1 billion worth of M tokens to the company. In return, they will receive 3.5 million shares of ZeroStack common stock along with pre funded warrants for over 36 million additional shares.
The deal values the contributed M tokens at $1.08 each. The warrants carry a premium price of $25.19 per share, which is significantly higher than ZeroStack's recent market trading levels. Rudy Rong, a principal behind MemeCore, is set to join ZeroStack as President to lead this new phase of integration between meme based digital assets and decentralized artificial intelligence.
This partnership aims to link MemeCore's community and blockchain ecosystem directly with public capital markets. By working with ZeroStack, which is already focused on decentralized AI infrastructure, MemeCore intends to transition from a speculative asset class into a more sustainable economic and cultural force.
Investors should note that the issuance of shares tied to these warrants remains subject to shareholder approval and regulatory requirements. Both companies plan to collaborate on technology integration and further institutional participation in the coming months as they align their long term growth strategies.
