A man named Alberto Stanley is facing serious charges after police say he impersonated a JPMorgan Chase employee to steal nearly 2,400 dollars from an elderly woman. The scheme involved a phone call claiming there was fraudulent activity on the victim's account. After the woman handed over the card, Stanley cut it up and sealed it in an envelope, which the victim signed.
