LIVECleanCore Solutions is making a bold shift from cleaning products and cryptocurrency holdings into artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company announced a major Minnesota data center venture, linking up with AI compute provider Cerebras for a massive ten year colocation agreement. The total contract value sits at an estimated $800 million, backed by a $479 million project budget. CleanCore holds a 79 percent stake in the joint venture, bringing up to $500 million in financial commitments to the table.
This move creates an immediate capital test for the firm. Recent balance sheet figures from March show CleanCore held about $4.1 million in cash alongside a stash of Dogecoin. The company previously sold a portion of its DOGE holdings and retained hundreds of millions more, valued in the tens of millions of dollars. To cover the new project, CleanCore has a stock sales facility on paper that allows up to $750 million in common stock sales, which could lead to shareholder dilution if used heavily.
The Minnesota project is actually the second artificial intelligence development for CleanCore, following a separate venture in Texas with much larger potential commitments. While the long term revenue path looks promising, the immediate focus centers on how the company plans to fund these massive obligations. Traders should watch upcoming financial disclosures closely to see how CleanCore manages its liquidity and handles funding without major shareholder dilution.
