New SEC filings show that Circle President Heath Tarbert sold approximately $30.77 million worth of CRCL shares since June 2025. These sales occurred across ten different transactions involving a mix of option exercises and standard stock sales.

Despite the large volume of shares sold, Tarbert retains a stake in the company with roughly 503,000 shares remaining under his control. There have been no reports of him making any new open market purchases during this same period.
