Circle Adds Prepaid Fees to CCTP Fast Transfer for USDC

Circle just rolled out a new prepaid fee option for its CCTP Fast Transfer tool. This update lets developers quote and collect cross chain USDC fees right on the source network, which makes moving funds much smoother.
