LIVEBitMine Immersion Technologies is pushing closer to its target of owning 5 percent of the total Ethereum supply. The firm now holds 5,929,198 tokens, which represents roughly 4.9 percent of all ETH currently in existence. This aggressive accumulation strategy has been running weekly since the end of June 2025, with the company adding 28,086 ETH over the last week alone.
Alongside its Ether haul, the company reported total assets of $15.7 billion as of September 7. This total includes a growing cash pile of $593 million, 211 Bitcoin, and equity stakes in companies like Beast Industries and Eightco Holdings. The firm is currently the largest corporate holder of Ethereum and ranks second overall among crypto treasuries, trailing only the Bitcoin holdings of Strategy.
Operational changes are also underway. BitMine ended its previous staking revenue agreement and moved to a new flat fee structure of 1.50 percent on staking rewards. The company manages a massive portion of its stash through its internal validator network, with leadership projecting significant annual revenue from its staking operations as more of its holdings go live on the network.
Investors are watching these moves closely as BitMine remains one of the most active stocks in the market. With its sights set on the Alchemy of 5 percent goal, the company is expected to continue its current purchasing pace. Market participants should monitor whether the company maintains this accumulation rate and how its new staking fee structure impacts overall profitability.
