LIVEBitMine generated more than $45 million from staking and validation in the three months ending May 31, 2026. This total equals 98 percent of the company's overall revenue for the quarter. The numbers come from a Form 10 Q filing published in July, highlighting how heavily the business depends on its MAVAN Ethereum validator network.
At the end of the quarter, BitMine held over 5.4 million Ethereum tokens valued at more than $10 billion. The vast majority of these holdings are currently staked. While this setup provides steady income, operations rely closely on a partner named Ethereum Tower. Tower handles daily validator infrastructure and strategic planning under a management agreement that lasts for ten years.
Breaking this agreement early comes with serious financial conditions. If BitMine decides to terminate the contract before the term ends, Tower has the right to keep receiving revenue payments for the remainder of the decade or claim a large lump sum. Traders should watch how these structural ties affect company flexibility as Ethereum staking yields and market conditions continue to shift.
