This specific metric calculates aggregate market cost bases using long term spending data, and it has traditionally marked deep cycle bottoms during major market downturns.

Despite this low target, historical trends suggest that Bitcoin might actually avoid dropping back to that level. The time periods between market interactions with the Balanced Price have grown longer with each cycle, and the duration that prices spend below the zone has shrunk significantly. In 2022, Bitcoin stayed below this metric for just one day. This shift hints that market structure is maturing and holding strong support much faster than before.

At the same time, social media sentiment has turned heavily bullish, showing far more confidence than the recovery phases seen after the 2022 lows. While this optimism is encouraging, high confidence among leveraged traders can sometimes spark sudden liquidations if the market pulls back.
