Conversely, prediction platform Polymarket hit a wall in Portugal after local regulators blocked access over licensing concerns. The CFTC also signaled it is currently struggling with staffing, which may complicate future oversight efforts.

Trump Media plans to airdrop tokens to shareholders in February, and World Liberty Financial has scheduled its first annual forum at Mar A Lago for February 18.
